 Free end of life planning workshop to be held Saturday, February 25, 2023,1-4pm. Attendees will have the opportunity to complete the documents (HPOA & Advanced Directives) that ensure personal wishes are known at end of life or in case of emergency. Notary available on-site for minimal fee. Attendees will also walk away from this event with a clear understanding of how to have the important conversations with the people you choose to carry out your choices.

The facilitators for the event are: Deb Bershad, owner of 360 Healthy Me! Petronella Newhard owner of B4 I Leave You, both are End of Life Doulas/Guides; and Rev. Joy Lovejoy, hospital chaplain. WHEN: Feb. 24, 1 to 4 PM
